Volta to be acquired by Shell USA

Volta has announced the execution of a definitive merger agreement under which Shell USA will acquire Volta in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately US$169m.

Worldwide EV charging industry to reach US$128bn by 2030

According to a new report from Research and Markets, the EV charging market size was valued at US$14.49bn in 2021 and is predicted to reach US$128.13bn by 2030 with a CAGR of 28.2% during the forecast period, 2022 to 2030.
