This deal supports Bump's goal to deploy 25,000 charging stations in the country by 2030. The project is in line with the French Mobility Orientation Law (LOM), which aims to make everyday transport cheaper, cleaner, and carbon-neutral by 2050.
The companies have previously worked together in an early adopter program. For this project, Bump will deploy mainly EVBox Troniq Modular and EVBox Troniq High Power charging stations, ranging from 150kW to 400kW of power output.
Bump aims to offer the best possible customer experience and guarantee the highest quality of service above the market average, with a target of 99% annual availability rate and a success rate of 95% in its networks.
"After the success of our first collaboration at The Original Boutique Montmartre hotel in Paris, we have decided to consolidate our collaboration with EVBox through a partnership for the next five years,” said François Oudot, CEO and co-founder at Bump. “Our common goal is to provide charging equipment of the highest quality, propelling our commitment to electric mobility to new heights."
