Through the Egg Energy app, users will have a unified experience for EV charging, whether at home, publicly, or at destinations.  The app integrates Monta's features like AutoCharge, Sponsored Charging, and access to over 500,000 European public charging points.

Sustainable features include PowerBank, allowing users to pause charging and receive credits in exchange for grid balancing. Smart Charging lets users schedule charging during off-peak hours for lower costs and greener energy.

Previously focused on Egg's commercial customers, the partnership now encompasses both the platform and app technology. This broader offering positions Egg to double its UK EV business in 2024.

Monta's software offers a one-stop platform for all EV charging needs, eliminating the need for multiple apps in residential or commercial settings.
