Initially available via the InstaVolt App, the offer will extend to contactless users by year-end. InstaVolt is also developing variable pricing solutions, including time-of-day and regional rates. With over a third of the UK’s EV drivers registered on the app, many can benefit from this offer, alongside additional perks like rewards and real-time charger availability.

CEO Delvin Lane highlights the importance of this discount amid rising energy costs and winter challenges. InstaVolt, powered by 100% renewable energy, is expanding rapidly, with over 1,600 chargers in operation and 400 more in construction across the UK.

The company plans to install 11,000 ultra-rapid chargers in the UK and Ireland by 2030, while also expanding in Europe with 5,000 chargers in Spain and Portugal, and over 300 in Iceland.
