Together, they aim to establish a joint venture to drive EV adoption and transform smart energy infrastructure across Europe. The joint venture will focus on developing and marketing prosumer products, solutions, and services tailored for residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. 

This includes a range of AC/DC EV chargers, inverters, and energy storage systems to meet Europe's diverse market needs.

With growing environmental concerns, consumer engagement with smart energy solutions is crucial for transitioning away from fossil fuels. Leveraging innovative energy solutions and a widespread distribution network, the joint venture anticipates significant growth in Europe.
