The event will be undertaken alongside BP Pulse and the California Energy Commission. TA's CEO, Debi Boffa, with BP Pulse CEO, Sujay Sharma, and Commissioner Patricia Monahan, will conduct the official groundbreaking ceremony.

The charging station, a pilot project in collaboration with the California Energy Commission, demonstrates BP's commitment to support fleet customers transitioning to zero-tail pipe emission trucks.

The truck charging station will include four 400kW chargers, with an additional lane for a one megawatt (MCS) charger, providing DC ultra-fast charging for up to five trucks simultaneously; an integrated microgrid generating reliable, renewable power from solar panels; and a battery energy storage system.
