Fleets will now be able to monitor charging activities at non-connected stations. Initially, many companies deployed non-connected stations as an early step toward electrification, but their lack of monitoring has left fleet managers without critical insights into energy use and sustainability impacts.
Without tracking tools, it has been challenging for fleets to make data-driven decisions, meet sustainability targets, and qualify for incentives like Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) credits.
Bluedot’s new solution allows fleet managers to define specific charging locations, assign unique names and numbers to each charger, and track kWh delivered. Managers can now analyse and compare public, home, and on-site charging, generating precise reports that support sustainability goals. They can also optimise energy use and identify opportunities for incentives.
This Depot Charging Tracking tool builds on Bluedot’s work in simplifying public charging access, cost management, and home charging reimbursements. By bringing these non-connected charging activities into view, Bluedot enables fleets to make strategic decisions that align with their environmental goals.
