SiteManager targets infrastructure operators, municipal planners, and commercial enterprises facing challenges such as underused charging stations, frustrated EV drivers, increased operational expenses, and potential grid instability.
"SiteManager is a pivotal development in our quest to refine EV charging solutions," said Graeme Wintle, director of Versinetic. "This system intelligently manages power distribution across multiple LinkRay devices, supports up to 64 LinkRay units, each capable of managing 100 chargers, and is compatible with both AC and DC charging systems, making it a perfect match for varied installation sizes and demands."
Versinetic's LinkRay partner programme technology underpins the functionality of SiteManager, serving as the backbone for managing multiple charging units. It is a proprietary platform developed by Versinetic that facilitates the dynamic allocation of energy resources.
The SiteManager system offers flexible connectivity options, including Ethernet, Wi-Fi, and cellular networks, allowing for easy remote monitoring and configuration. These features ensure all charging stations are fully optimised to alleviate the frustrations of EV drivers by reducing wait times while lowering operational costs for site owners and maintaining grid stability. SiteManager continuously monitors overall site power usage, and algorithms calculate and adjust power distribution in real-time, enhancing charger availability and efficiency.
"SiteManager redefines energy management for EV charging sites by not just meeting current needs but anticipating future demands," said Wintle. "With the integration of LinkRay technology, SiteManager is designed to scale from small installations to extensive networks, ensuring every operator can achieve optimal efficiency and reliability."
There are regular updates to keep the SiteManager system current with industry standards.
