Tesco’s Kirkwall superstore has become the 600th store in the UK to have EV charging points installed.

Amsterdam-headquartered Fastned, the European fast charging company, has published its 2022 Annual Report which shows that the company increased revenue by three times in the year and recorded more than 2.3 million charging sessions.

Hackney is set to become a national leader in EV charging after Hackney Council signed a contract with Zest to provide and operate 2,500 fast and slow chargers across the borough’s seven square miles.
