A1Charge is a joint venture between the B810, an IoT company established in 2011 with over 350 employees that designs, manufactures on a large scale, and integrates solutions in both the Mobility and Smart City domains, and S&h, a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) with 45 years of experience that has been developing and producing 100% Italian e-mobility solutions since 2008.

A1Charge offers a complete range of charging solutions, from 3.4Kw to 22Kw wallboxes for residential use to ultra-fast direct current charging stations up to 180kw.

Marco Azzaloni, general manager mobility-IoT at A1Charge co-owner B810 Group, speaking at the E-Charge expo in Bologna, said: "We try to add value to the A1Charge offering as our group has been present in the IoT sector for 11 years.

"We add a sensor to the charging station that enables connectivity and easy on-boarding to the charging point for the vehicle."

A1Charge says its mission is to establish itself as one of the key players in the electric vehicle charging sector, promoting renewable energy in all its forms, integrating expertise acquired in Building Automation, Wireless Monitoring, Smart Grid, and Mobility, and participating in projects within energy communities.
