Independent tests organised by CharIN confirmed the station's full compatibility with the North America Charging Standards (NACS), widely known as the Tesla standard. The company participated in the Testival in Cleveland, Ohio, successfully testing the Axon Easy charging stations during the three-day event, affirming their full compliance with NACS.
"Through a systematic approach to designing new chargers, we can confidently say that the tests on the Axon Easy charger confirm full compatibility with the NACS standard across all of Ekoenergetyka's product range," said Marcin Graczykowski, director of product management.
According to US Department of Energy data, Tesla holds 17,740 fast-charging ports in the United States, representing 62% of all fast-charging ports in the country. The NACS connector serves as an alternative to the CCS Combo connector, and manufacturers such as Ford, GM, Rivian, Volvo, Polestar, Nissan, Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar Land Rover, Subaru, Fisker, and even BMW are introducing the NACS standard.
Currently, Ekoenergetyka has installed over 8,500 charging stations worldwide, with nearly 50% being Axon Easy stations.
