This contract includes EV Level 2 (AC) and DC fast charger (DCFC) hardware, networking software, and O&M services. Led by Maryland, the contract is accessible to all 50 US states and territories to support the growing demand for EV charging infrastructure. NCC and its Honolulu-based subsidiary, Aloha Charge, will offer their products to state and local governments and educational entities nationwide.

NCC was founded in 2011 and has over 11,000 charging bays installed across 1,100 clients in 48 states. The company offers a diverse range of EV charging hardware, software, and maintenance solutions. Their contract includes industry leaders like ChargePoint, Kempower, EV Connect, and ChargerHelp!.

NCC has installed stations for nearly every business channel, with over 60% of their work in the public space. The award, effective immediately, allows Naspo member states to utilise NCC's competitive pricing and reliable products until 31 May 2027, with an option to renew through 31 May 2029.
