The company has signed a letter of intent to sell its fleet fuelling operations to EZFill Holdings, a move that aligns with its commitment to a cleaner, more electric future.
Since its start in 2016 as a mobile fuelling business in Y-Combinator, Yoshi Mobility has evolved rapidly. Today, it offers three core services: mobile EV charging for electric and autonomous fleets, virtual vehicle inspections for partners like Uber, and on-site preventive maintenance. This shift lets Yoshi Mobility intensify efforts on "hair-on-fire" problems that fleet operators face, as CEO Bryan Frist puts it.
Yoshi has already rolled out EV charging solutions nationwide, serving major OEMs, autonomous vehicle companies, and rideshare operators. These solutions can be deployed within ten days for clients needing up to one megawatt of daily energy. The company’s new proprietary 240 kW mobile fast-charger will soon provide fleet vehicles with one hundred miles of range in under ten minutes — an emissions-free breakthrough.
