Lectron rolls out Lectron Care

Lectron has launched Lectron Care, an extended warranty program for its EV chargers, adapters, and accessories.

This program, supported by Extend, offers coverage for mechanical and electrical failures beyond the manufacturer's warranty, enhancing customer support and product protection.

Lectron Care provides up to three additional years of coverage for Lectron products, ensuring comprehensive protection without deductibles. Customers can easily add this extended warranty during checkout or through a QR code included with each product.

This initiative reflects Lectron's commitment to delivering long-term value and support for its customers. The extended warranty is available for all Lectron products, further improving the user experience in the EV charging industry.

Highlighted products include the Vortex Plug NACS to CCS Adapter, enabling connection to Tesla Superchargers, the V-BOX Pro Smart Charging Station for fast home charging, and portable Level 1 and Level 2 chargers for flexible, on-the-go charging solutions.

GM drivers can now charge at over 17,000 Tesla Supercharger stations

Tesla opens up its superchargers to Ford drivers in US and Canada
