AFIR aims to accelerate the deployment of public EV charging stations and requires consistent payment options.

EVBox offers a variety of solutions to ensure compliance, including integrating payment terminals into fast chargers and enabling QR code payments for slower chargers. Existing stations can be upgraded with kits to meet the regulations by 2027.

EVBox says its future-proof solutions, like charging stations and management platforms, are designed to position CPOs for success in the growing EV market.
