Delta demonstrates transformer-based extreme fast EV charger

Delta Electronics (Americas), has demonstrated an SiC Mosfet solid state transformer (SST)-based 400kW extreme fast EV charger to its US DOE grant programme partners General Motors (GM), DTE Energy, NextEnergy, Virginia Tech's Center for Power Electronics Systems (CPES), and the American Centre for Mobility.

EnviroSpark awarded US federal EV infrastructure contract

Georgia-based electric vehicle (EV) charging company EnviroSpark has been awarded a federal government contract to design and install EV charging stations at locations run by federal agencies throughout the Southeast region of the United States.

Technology Minerals to buy lithium-ion battery recycler

Battery metals company Technology Minerals has signed a binding agreement to take full ownership of Recyclus Group, a fellow UK-based firm that provides industrial-scale recycling of lithium-ion (Li-ion) batteries.

Zunder raises €100m for EV charger rollout in Southern Europe

Spanish electric vehicle charging company Zunder has raised €100m (US$97m) from French sustainable investment manager Mirova, an affiliate of Natixis Investment Managers, in a bid to accelerate its roll-out of ultra-fast EV charging stations across Southern Europe.
