Octopus Energy launches in Texas

Ivy Home, Ontario's first complete EV charging solution has been launched by Ivy Charging Network, one of Ontario's largest and most connected EV charging networks.
The company is now offering a home charger with professional installation, a three-year warranty, 24/7 member support, and access to Ivy's public charging network.
There are plenty of attention grabbers in the US government’s massive EV charging and infrastructure programme, announced on February 15.
There are the dollars – US$7.5bn in EV charging, US$10bn in clean transportation, and over US$7bn in EV battery components, critical minerals, and materials.
There is the network – a goal of 500,000 EV chargers by 2030.
And there is access; the announcement included news that 7,500 Tesla stations will be open to all vehicles in 2024.
California-based Enteligent has launched what it claims is the world’s first DC-to-DC solar hybrid bi-directional EV charger. Powered directly from the sun, Enteligent’s solar EV charger can supply 25kW of fast DC charging – three times faster than AC Level 2 EV chargers – while also supporting V2H and vehicle V2G home energy.
